WebServices 多載

[WebMethod(MessageName = "msg")]
幫需要多載的WebMethod 加入 MessageName
[WebServiceBinding(ConformsTo = WsiProfiles.None)]
並且將WebServiceBinding 設定成 (ConformsTo = WsiProfiles.None)
